Buying running gear. My preferred exercise! New shoes, new backpack and running sticks. All done. I visited Wat läuft in Wattenscheid, the best shop ever, if you need  great gear and professional service – Rolf is a runner himself and that makes all the difference.

Did I mention that my excitement is growing? I’m sure I did. Well, it just went a bit further up. I need to do more prep-work, I’m behind schedule as I only recently caught a really bad cold. Venloop is coming up on the weekend and shortly after that a mountain run with friends – only 300 meter (900 feet) of altitude. It will be 10 thousand meter in Bhutan (30,000 feet). I guess I just have to get started.
